Scenes
Adjust everything in your home with just a click of the button.
Combine several commands into one button so that you can create the exact mood or environment with one button press. For example, a “Welcome Home” scene can create an exact environment with evening lighting, floor heating, music and blinds all adjusted to your desired settings. Tie that scene to the “Alarm Disarming” event and just for the hours 5.00-9.00pm and you don’t even need to press a button when you come home.
Schedules and Timers
Use advanced scheduler to think and do things instead of you.
Any series of commands can be easily programmed with a timer function. You can decide when those events will be run. An “Evening Lighting” home timer might lower the blinds, adjust the floor heating and turn on the garden and entry lighting. This timer can be adjusted by the home owner to run at 4.30pm in winter and 7.00pm in summer. Or simply set the timer to a given time before sunset so the timer automatically follows the seasons.

With Zipato, home security and home automation is integrated together, making the home seems intelligent. For example, movement in the garden can cause an exterior light to be turned on and a warning message to be played on the outdoor speaker, or in Vacation Mode, the lights, TV and radio can be turn on at different but similar times each day to replicate your normal usage pattern so it looks like you’re home even when you’re not.
Control blinds, pergolas, shutters, louvres, shades and more with Zipato. Add the control of these devices into timers for a fully automated solution. Align the timers to a given time before or after sunrise/sunset to avoid unnecessary heating or cooling and conserve energy.
Let Zipato completely manage your garden irrigation requirements. The number of irrigation zones is configurable and each irrigation zone can have unique settings allowing your garden to be comprehensively controlled depending on environmental conditions.
Zipato can also provide weather information for: Current Temperature, Forecast, Barometric Pressure, Wind Levels, Light Levels and Sun position. You can set your home rules and scenes depending of those weather station information.
